I am Elena and Velvet Cloud is my personal cattery and breedery that I opened with an aim to breed the finest bloodlines and educate others about the elegant and phenomenal Russian Blues.

We have been hobby breeders for over 3 years and specialize in breeding and raising the finest and most endearing Pedigree Russian Blue cats and kittens. We hold our cattery to an exceptionally high standard out of pure love and affection for our animals.

We are officially registered with GCCF and TICA under the prefix VelvetCloud and as such, we stringently follow the rules and regulations set by GCCF & TICA to conserve our reputation as a cattery.
